- Description
- St. John's is a growing congregation on Chicago's North Shore. Responsibilities for this position include 3 weekend worship services (Saturday evening, 8:00 and 10:30 am Sunday) seasonal midweek (Lent, Holy Week), choir and handbells. Our ideal candidate is a skilled liturgical organist, an enthusiastic choir director, and committed team member. We have a Bradford pipe organ, Yamaha grand piano, and Clavinova. Our desire is to explore and expand our liturgical repertoire to include global and modern hymnody.
