Invitation to Exhibit in Valparaiso

You are invited to exhibit at the 4-day conference in Valparaiso, Indiana, which will be held July 23-26, 2018. See registration form below.

Exhibit cost
$100 for first table and one person (includes Tuesday lunch, and Wednesday lunch and dinner)
$25 for each additional table (up to a total of 5)
$50 for each additional non-registered person (includes Tuesday lunch, and Wednesday lunch and dinner)

The information below pertains to exhibit times. See the full conference schedule at https://alcm.org/2018-events/valpo-event/. Note that the conference actually begins on Monday, July 23. Exhibit setup begins on Tuesday. 

Tuesday, July 24
11 am – 3:30 pm              Exhibit setup (Harre Union Ballroom A)
3:30 pm – 6 pm                Exhibits open (Harre Union Ballroom A)

Wednesday, July 25
7 – 8:30 am                       Breakfast (Harre Union Founders Table)
included with on-campus housing package
8 – 10:30 am                     Exhibits open (Harre Union Ballroom A)
3:30 – 6 pm                       Exhibits open
7:00 pm                             Hymn Festival (Chapel)
8:15 – 10:30 pm                Exhibits open – reception in exhibit area

Thursday, July 26
7 – 8:30 am                       Breakfast (Harre Union Founders Table)
included with on-campus housing package
8:30 am                             Morning Prayer (Chapel)
9 am – 12:30 pm               Exhibits open
