Current Resources for the Church Musician

Come to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Lancaster, PA on Saturday, April 22 for a one-day event focused on current resources for enlivening the church’s song. Workshop sessions will focus on understanding and reporting copyright usage, exploring the new All Creation Sings worship resource, learning about resources for contemporary music, and nurturing relationships between pastors and pastoral musicians.

Presenters

Adam Lefever Hughes is the Education Coordinator for the Association of Lutheran Church Musicians, Organist at Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church in Lancaster, PA, and a freelance writer who has contributed to resources surrounding All Creation Sings.

Deacon Valerie Lefever Hughes is the Director of Music at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Lancaster, PA and a practicing mental and behavioral health nurse.

Erik Teichmann is the Contemporary Worship Leader at St. Peter’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Lancaster (Neffsville), PA and a web developer with Inverse Paradox.

The Rev. Karen Durbin is Pastor at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Mechanicsburg, PA.
