Pastor Jon Splichal Larson is the Senior Pastor at Faith Lutheran Church in Bismarck.  Pastor Renee Splichal Larson is the Pastor at Heart River Lutheran Church, which worships weekly at the North Dakota Youth Correctional Center. They are both accomplished musicians as well as pastors, and they are parents of two boys, Gabriel and Elias.

They have published and will share a liturgy written by Renee’s husband, Ben Larson, who was killed in the 2010 earthquake in Haiti. New liturgical poetry and prayers from Pastor Susan Ruth Briehl have been incorporated with Ben’s music, creating this new healing service, called “Mourning into Dancing.”
