To submit a new posting, please fill out the online placement listing form and submit it. Be sure to include information in all of the required fields (marked with an asterisk *). When the form is complete, click the “Add” button at the bottom of the page. If all of the required fields contain information but you receive an error message when you click “Add,” first try clicking the “Add” button again
After you submit your information, you will see a “confirmation page” with your data, which means that it has been received by ALCM.
PLEASE NOTE that items submitted will not appear immediately on the web site. In most cases your listing will be posted to the ALCM web site within 24 hours. On weekends or holidays it will be posted on the next business day.
To request updates or changes to the ALCM Placement information that is already posted, please email us at email@example.com.
Your ad will be listed for three months from the posting date and will then be deleted. Please contact contact us if you fill your position earlier than three months or if you wish your ad to run an additional three months.
Employment guidelines have been established as an aid for pastors, worship & music committees, call committees, and other congregational leaders involved in the employment of musicians in the Lutheran church. Included are sample descriptions, hourly allocations, covenant agreements, and salary information, along with worksheets designed to educated and assist congregations in preparing equitable employment packages that promote good working relationships and support shared ministry goals.
