Bach cantata immersion with workshops on cantatas in the parish, working with instrumentalists, and open rehearsals with Dr. Christopher M. Cock, Director of the Bach Institute at Valparaiso University; concludes with the annual LSM Bach cantata service on Sunday morning.

POST-CONFERENCE

Thursday-Sunday, July 23-26

All are welcome to remain in Valparaiso to attend the Lutheran Summer Music festival week concerts for band, choir, and orchestra, as well as numerous student recitals and the closing festival eucharist (Sunday). Those choosing this option can participate in roundtable discussions with conductors, students, LSM faculty and staff, and experience the program firsthand. Housing and meals for the post-conference events are arranged on your own.
