Registration costs for the symposium are listed below. Hotel reservations may be made at The Bradley Hotel located 0.3 miles from Trinity.

Those attending both the February Composer Symposium and the August Raleigh-Durham Conference will receive a discounted Composer Symposium registration rate.

Cancellations received by January 31, 2025 will be refunded minus a $30 cancellation fee. No refunds after January 31.

Register before January 14th to pay a lower registration fee to attend the 2025 Composers Symposium. A discounted rate is offered to those who register for both the 2025 Composer Symposium and the 2025 Biennial Conference in Raleigh Durham. At the conclusion of the Raleigh-Durham conference, those who attended both events will receive a refund of $70.

Registrations received before January 14th
$145 if attending 2025 Composers Symposium AND Biennial Conference in Raleigh Durham
$215 if attending 2025 Composers Symposium ONLY

Registrations received January 15th and later
$180 if attending 2025 Composers Symposium AND Biennial Conference in Raleigh Durham
$250 if attending 2025 Composers Symposium ONLY
