Exhibitors

You are invited to exhibit at the 2025 ALCM biennial conference in Raleigh-Durham, NC, August 4-8, 2025. Embassy Suites Durham Research Triangle will serve as our primary venue.

Exhibit Cost

Exhibits will be set up in the ballroom in the hotel. Tables are 6′ x 30″. Black linens are provided as well as two chairs and a wastebasket. Costs are as follows:
$375 for first table
$25 for each additional table (up to a total of 5)

Hotel Accommodations

We have been able to secure an ALCM conference rate of $169/night at the Embassy Suites by Hilton – Raleigh Durham Research Triangle. To ensure that you receive that rate, make your reservations as soon as possible. For information about how to reserve accommodations, please visit the Conference Hotel page.

The information below pertains to exhibit times. See the full conference schedule for additional information. Vendors are expected to have their booths open during the stated exhibit hours each day. At other times, vendors are welcome to attend conference activities.

Exhibitor Registration

Register below to reserve your space. Payment may be made by credit card at the time of registration, or we will will send you an invoice. Registration must be received by May 15, 2025 to secure exhibit space.

Packages may be shipped to the address below. Note, extra receiving, handling, or storage fees may be charged if materials arrive earlier than three (3) business days prior to the event.
