Pricing
Registration costs for the conference are listed below. All meals except breakfast and Tuesday lunch are included in this price. If you are staying in the conference hotel, breakfast is included as well. Also included is transportation to and from daytime and evening events. The conference hotel is the Embassy Suites Raleigh-Durham-Research Triangle in Cary, NC. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport, minimizing the need for a car rental.
Full and partial scholarships are available to current university and seminary students and to church musicians who have graduated within the past five years.
Those attending both the February Composers Symposium and the August Raleigh-Durham Conference will receive a discounted Composers Symposium registration rate.
Cancellations received by June 15, 2025 will be refunded minus a $45 cancellation fee. No refunds after June 15.

Meals
