Note received from David Ash (6/24/22):
First, my declaration of retirement from church music was a tad premature. When the music and worship director at my church, Edmonds Lutheran, retired, I threw my hat in the ring. I ended up being the only interviewee, so I am technically interim pending a six month review. But I am back in the saddle again!
And this evening Laura will finish recording the final track for her new album, She Is Remembered. Composing these songs was made possible by the 2019 ALCM sabbatical raffle prize she won at the Portland conference. Mixing, editing, and graphic design is underway. Hopefully the duplication will be done by the end of August.
