Music Minister

Fellowship Lutheran Church, in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a full-time Director of Music Ministries. Working with the pastor, they will provide overall direction for our traditional music program and work closely with other staff to integrate music into education, service, stewardship and fellowship activities. They will also support the contemporary music program and our partner Latinx congregation, Comunidad de Esperanza. Must be highly organized with strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills. Required: College degree (preferably in music), minimum three years experience in a music ministry position, and a deep knowledge of sacred and secular music. Desired skills: Proficiency in playing the piano and pipe organ (we have a Steinway Grand and an Austin 23-rank pipe organ) as well as choral direction and vocal coaching. Flexible schedule, nights and weekends are required. Salary and benefits are competitive and based on qualifications and experience.
