In order to keep our exhibit materials separate from other conferences (and to keep your materials separate from each other), please use the following format for shipping materials to the conference:

Please plan for an arrival window of July 10-19th.

For the return process, the university has a daily (Monday through Friday) pick up for standard UPS and they can call for pick up the following day for FedEx. If you prefer or if the item is freight pick up, you will need to coordinate the pick-up with your specific carrier. Mail services are available on the first floor of the Harre Union and the staff there will be the best equipped to answer your questions while you are at the conference.
