Fort Worth, TX – St. Matthew’s 70th Anniversary Celebration

St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church in Fort Worth is hosting a festival choir opportunity to celebrate their 70^th anniversary as well as to commemorate All Saints Sunday on November 4^th. They will be singing John Rutter’s Requiem, and there is space for 60 singers. Here is the schedule for Saturday, November 4^th:

9:00 – 12:00 Rehearsal
12:00 – 1:00 Go eat some lunch!
1:00 – 2:00 work with soloists
2:00 – 3:00 rest
3:00 – 4:00 Call/last minute touch ups on music
4:00 pm: Downbeat for the Requiem

On Sunday, the 5^th, if any of the singers want to stay for the11:00 service, they can sing a movement from the Requiem for the anthem.
