Pricing

The conference is being held on the campus of Valparaiso University (VU). In-person rates allow for in-person conference participation at Valparaiso University. No virtual registrations are available at this time. On-campus dormitory housing is available in Beacon Hall (#28 on the Campus Map) which is in close proximity to the Harre Union, Chapel of the Resurrection, and other meeting spaces. If you register for dormitory housing, you can expect to see communication about what to bring to make your stay comfortable. Be aware that dormitory housing does NOT include a pillow, custodial services, or personal items such as soap and shampoo. Dormitory housing may be reserved on the registration form. Please make your own hotel reservations.

Scholarships are available to current university and seminary students and to church musicians who have graduated within the past five years.

Cancellations received by June 1, 2024 will be refunded minus a $45 cancellation fee. No refunds after June 1.

*Includes one-year membership in ALCM. Students are encouraged to apply for a scholarship.
**Invited to all public Chapel events. Fee includes same meals as regular registration.

$250 Three nights, Monday thru Wednesday (single occupancy)
includes breakfast on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

$197 Three nights, Monday thru Wednesday, per person (double occupancy)
includes breakfast on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Extra nights are available one night before (Sunday, July 21) and one night following (Thursday, July 25, checking out no later than Friday at Noon)

$85/night single occupancy
$70/night double occupancy
