Campus Housing

On-campus dormitory housing is available in Beacon Hall (#28 on the Campus Map) which is in close proximity to the Harre Union, Chapel of the Resurrection, and other meeting spaces. Individual rooms are grouped in suites of 2, 3, or 4 rooms, no more than 2 bedrooms per 1 bathroom. Those wishing to share a suite with other individuals should indicate it at the time of registration. If you register for dormitory housing, you can expect to see communication about what to bring to make your stay comfortable.

Each room will have a bed, desk, drawers, and a MicroFridge. Rooms include the following linens for the entire stay: 2 sheets (unfitted top and bottom), 1 light blanket, 1 towel and 1 wash cloth. Be aware that dormitory housing does NOT include a pillow, custodial services, or personal items such as soap and shampoo. Those staying in the dorm must bring their own pillow! Several hotel options are listed below if you prefer additional amenities. Please make your own hotel reservations.

Each night of on-campus housing includes breakfast in Founders Hall, including purchased extra nights.

Valparaiso University is a tobacco-free campus. Smoking is prohibited in all areas. No matter the age of the attendee, alcohol is not allowed in campus overnight accommodations.

Dormitory housing may be reserved at the same time as registration by using the conference registration form.

If you already registered for the conference and have decided to reserve dormitory housing, please use the dormitory housing registration form.
