You are invited to exhibit at the ALCM 4-day conference (July 22-25, 2024) to be held on the campus of Valparaiso University (Valparaiso, IN). Attendance for the event is anticipated to be ~150-175. We will provide an update on actual numbers two weeks prior to the beginning of the event.

Exhibit Cost & Registration

Register online now to reserve your space. Payment may be made by credit card at the time of registration, or you may choose to be billed for the registration. The deadline for registering as an exhibitor is May 20, 2024.

Exhibits will be set up in the main ballroom of the Harre Union. Tables are 8′ x 30″. Table linens are not provided. Costs are as follows:

  • $200 for first table and up to two people
  • $25 for each additional table (up to a total of 5)

If more than two exhibitors will be present, additional people should use the regular registration form:

  • $90 for each additional person not attending conference events – select “Travel companion” as the registration category
  • $195 for each additional person attending conference events – select “Additional person same address” as the registration category

Exhibit Schedule

The information below pertains to exhibit times. See the full conference schedule for additional information. Vendors are expected to have their booths open during the stated exhibit hours each day. At other times, vendors are welcome to attend conference activities.

Set-up is scheduled for Sunday evening. Please contact us at office@alcm.org if you wish to begin set-up earlier. The final exhibit time is Wednesday evening 1:00-4:00 p.m. During this three-hour slot, a coffee break will be held in the exhibit hall and will be the final opportunity for conference attendees to make purchases.

Lodging

On-campus dormitory housing is available in Beacon Hall (#28 on the Campus Map) which is in close proximity to the Harre Union, Chapel of the Resurrection, and other meeting spaces. Individual rooms are grouped in suites of 2, 3, or 4 rooms, no more than 2 bedrooms per 1 bathroom. Those wishing to share a suite with other individuals should indicate it at the time of registration. If you register for dormitory housing, you can expect to see communication about what to bring to make your stay comfortable. Each room will have a bed, desk, drawers, and a MicroFridge. Rooms include the following linens for the entire stay: 2 sheets (unfitted top and bottom), 1 light blanket, 1 towel and 1 wash cloth. Be aware that dormitory housing does NOT include a pillow, custodial services, or personal items such as soap and shampoo.  Several hotel options are listed on our accommodations page if you prefer additional amenities.
